What we’re about

Tai Chi is a mind-body practice which focuses on breath and state of mind, making it similar to yoga, but better for seniors because it can improve balance into old age, promote flexibility and strength. Practice Tai chi to breathe in positive "Chi" and out the negative energy.

I learned Taichi from my grandpa when I was little but I quit when I entered High school. I picked up again after 35 years however was not consistent due to hectic work schedule. Now I committed to practice because I know it's perfect for my current physical conditions as I am approaching to be a senior citizen.

I have 2 Taichi master taught/teaching me basic Taichi and this group is only catering to beginners to learn and practice with me. The sessions I'm going to organize are by no means to teach martial arts but only intended to improve our breathe (breathing in more good energy from the beautiful nature) and increase our flexibility & core strength. I remind myself to practice more if we have peers. 😀

You need to be basically healthy and patient to join this group. I don't mind what's your age but Tai chi is a VERY slow move when we practice so if you are busy or in a hurry state of mind, I do not recommend you to join.
