Discover the calm and strength of Tai Chi
Join us for a 30-minute practice focusing on fundamental Tai Chi forms, beginning with a gentle warm-up. While some regular participants have completed both the 8-form and 24-form sequences, each session always starts from the beginning posture, making it welcoming for newcomers and a refreshing practice for all levels. Please note that this session is offered free of charge. Because I am also teaching an in-person class at the same time, online participants may receive limited individual attention. If you are interested in more personalized guidance, private lessons are available for a small fee- feel free to reach out to discuss. Please also note that I use Microsoft Teams for the online sessions (not Zoom) and I will provide the link before each class.
