30-Minute Basic Tai Chi Session
Join us for a 30-minute practice focusing on fundamental Tai Chi forms, beginning with a gentle warm-up. Our group follows the traditional Yang style of Tai Chi. While some regular participants have completed both the 8-form and 28-form sequences, each session always starts from the beginning posture, making it welcoming for newcomers and a refreshing practice for all levels. Please note that we use Microsoft Teams for the session. (Not Zoom). Hope to see you!
