What we’re about

Join in for regular practice. This group meets virtually (online) via Zoom and is for those interested in engaging in physical and contemplative practices and find support doing so in a group setting.

The format is guided hatha yoga, followed by pranayama, followed by stillness. After the session the Zoom will be left open for participants to meet and connect.

These are offered as explorations within a supportive structure, the main requirements are a sense of interest and curiosity to explore one's own experience.
