This session will be a discussion on climate change. This is a chance to practice your spoken English.
One of the most prominent environmental topics of our time is climate change, also known as global warming. In particular, we shall focus on climate change denialism/skepticism - what makes people, both layman and scientists, skeptical about climate change?
The venue for the event will be near City Hall MRT, at WeWork Beach Centre, Room 2A, level 2.
Landmark - Raffles Hotel. If you can't find the venue, look for Raffles Hotel. WeWork is a separate building beside Raffles Hotel.

Ask the counter for directions to Room 2A.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Check in as a guest of "Boon" at the counter when you arrive.
Please bring along a photo ID.
The facilitator of the discussion is Mr Boon, director of NELIS (Next Leaders' Initiative for Sustainability) Singapore. Boon was a former English Language Lecturer at NUS CELC, with an academic background in physics. Boon is currently working as the managing editor of Boon Editing (a self-founded company) and organises environmental-related events as a hobby. He is interested in being a part of the green movement that is transforming the world today.
