This is a free guided tour (in English Language) of the City Gallery at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Centre of Singapore.

The meeting point is at level 2, near the escalators/lift lobby. Ask the reception if you are unsure of directions.

The City Gallery is a multi-level public exhibition of maps of buildings and urban spaces of Singapore which are being designed and developed by the URA, to showcase the work of architects in designing the urban landscape of Singapore. Two key highlights in the exhibit are the the Island-Wide Model and the Central Area Model. There are many interactive panels and displays for you to explore and have fun with.

The full tour duration is 1 hour, but the tour won't cover everything, as the exhibition is huge, so it is recommended that you set aside time after the tour ends to explore the gallery on your own. After the visit, we can also move to the nearby hawker centre (Maxwell) for some refreshments and discussion about what you have seen, as a chance to practise English speaking.
