We would like to invite you for the next Prague AWS User Group Community Meetup at Pure Storage.

There will be three speakers with the following presentations:

• Optimizing Amazon EBS for Running Mission-critical Applications by Adam Mazouz (Cloud Solutions Engineer at Pure Storage - https://www.linkedin.com/in/adam-mazouz-229725b6/)
This session will walk through what are mission-critical workloads, their setup environment, and the different prerequisites to fulfill the workload requirements.
Then will deep dive into block storage and what is the main difference between on-premises SAN and Amazon EBS offerings. Finally, we will talk about the latest AWS SAN in the cloud announcement - what does it mean and what other options are there in the AWS marketplace.

• Intelligent Contact Centers in AWS Cloud by Tomáš Bubeník (Senior Manager - AI & Data Consulting at Deloitte CE - https://www.linkedin.com/in/tomasbubenik/) and Jan Hejtmánek (Robotic and Intelligent Automation Director - https://www.linkedin.com/in/janhejtmanek/)
Tomas and Jan will present a solution based on AWS Intelligent Contact Center which is used to increase the capacity of NGOs (non-government-organization) and Governmental organizations (now also commercial customers) to enable their effective collaboration and communication. Deloitte has designed a robust scale-up ready artificial intelligence (AI) enabled platform localized to multiple languages (including Czech and other CEE languages) to support any NGO in various crisis situations. That whole platform provides various services as a knowledge database with FAQs, voicebots and chatbots linking to answer basic questions and sending it via SMS to callers etc. The demo part tells more about the practical usage of this AWS platform.
