Hi,

welcome in meditation group🙋‍♀️. I am happy to see you here! (no matter if you are from Prague or not).

The goal of this group is to help people start and keep meditating to feel better in thier life 🙏. This group is primarily intended for foreigners living in Prague or for those living abroad (events and communication will not be in Czech). All events are held in small groups to facilitate interaction and ensure that participants feel comfortable.

The group is for those who:
👉have never meditated before or have tried meditating in the past and would like to return to meditation after a long break.
👉who would like to try meditation but do not currently have the financial means to participate in paid events
👉 who are stressed and trying to find a way to calm down and would like to try meditation
👉are beginners – i.e., they do not organize meditation events for others themselves, nor do they organize paid meditation events.
👉 All online events are for a small number of people only. If you are not serious about participating, please do not register. If you do not attend a registered event and do not cancel your participation or apologize in advance, you may be removed from the group. Thank you for your understanding 🙏.

So if you want to try meditate first time or after a long period or try to find a group which will allow you to meditate with other beginners again you are on the right place 😊.

I would like to add that I am not a certified meditation instructor but meditation is my passion and I would like to share it with you and explain it clearly and simply 👩‍🔧 I hope you will enjoy it 😊🙏

➡ My experience with meditation and how meditation changed my life. So I will explain why I feel I should share it with you.

We will try:
🧘‍♀️ Short guided meditation.

About me
My name is Andrea, and meditation is an important part of my life for almost 10 years. Creation this group is step out of my comfort zone - I am an introvert (HSP) and English is not my native language - but I love meditation and English and I have a strong feeling that some people would welcome friendly talk about meditation and of course, we will practise meditation as well! 😀

I practise meditation almost every day for more then 5 years and it brought me lots of benefits into my life and I believe that meditation can change your life as well 🙏🤗
