Limited to max 5 Participants: An Exclusive Journey of Emotional Mastery

This program is intentionally limited to just five participants to ensure sufficient time and focus for deep learning, personal improvement, and meaningful reflection - something that’s difficult to achieve in larger groups.

What’s Involved:

First Session (Week 1):

  • Introduction and Foundations: We’ll outline the process, set expectations, and discuss the foundational principles and authorities this approach is based on.
  • Learning Goal: By the end of this session, you will have the tools to recognize and understand over 100 distinct emotions. Access to these materials is included in the paid portion of this session.

Second Session (Week 2):

  • Leveraging Technology: Discover how to use your mobile devices to support emotional engagement and tracking.
  • Group Collaboration: Share strategies and ideas with fellow participants as we explore ways to move forward.

Third Session (Week 3):

  • Shifting Emotions: Learn techniques and tools to identify and shift emotions effectively, adapting to triggers in real-time.

Fourth and Final Session (Week 4):

  • Reflection and Improvement: Engage in guided reflection to enhance your understanding and application of the techniques learned.
  • Summarization and Action Plan: We’ll consolidate key learnings, celebrate progress, and prepare for continued growth beyond the program.

Additional Details:

  • Daily Emotion Tracking: Participants will share and reflect on their emotions three times a day to deepen their understanding of triggers and emotional patterns.
  • Supporting Materials: Each week, you’ll receive materials to enhance your learning experience. ($15)
  • Reflection Meetings (1 main session + 3 follow-ups): These sessions are designed to share progress, identify patterns, and foster learning from group insights.
  • Progress Tracking via App: Share and monitor your growth conveniently through the app.

This program offers a unique opportunity to deepen your emotional intelligence and make lasting changes in how you understand and manage emotions.

At the end of the program, participants will gain:

  1. Mastery of Emotional Awareness: Recognize over 100 emotions, identify triggers, and develop a daily reflection routine for lasting mindfulness.
