Paulo has been working in tech for the past 15 years, serving most recently as the VP of Engineering at TourRadar in Vienna, and before that as a Director of Engineering at HelloFresh in Berlin. For him, a day well spent is a day where he manages to help others move closer to achieving their goals, and to increase their capacity to do so. He sees coaching as a major part in that.
