What we're about

Coaching is something of a buzzword nowadays. But a lot of people still don't know what is it or never experienced it personally.

Coaching is a relatively new approach to develop people. While more traditional approaches like training and mentoring focus on sharing knowledge and experience, coaching helps to let the change happen from within the person.

What is coaching? What specifically coaches do to facilitate change? How coaching skills can be used by leaders to achieve greater results? Come join us to discuss all of these questions!

How stakeholders and networking support success and motivation

Online event

From projects to stakeholder management, from stakeholder management to meaningful networking in the context of coaching techniques. Almost repeatedly, clients in sessions look for ways to be more motivated in what they do. We will demonstrate the benefits of super networking on techniques that are known from project management, change management or coaching (eg the use of archetypes, etc.). What we will talk about:
- stakeholder analysis and mapping
- How a network of 12 key types of people can kick success
- what super networking is
- where you use the techniques in coaching with clients and where in your life

The presenter will be Miroslav Czadek. Miroslav has more than 25 years of experience from international companies and from the entrepreneur area. He is focusing and providing services in the area of performance coaching and mentoring of project's and program's managers and their teams, project management, programs, change management and related areas. He is a member of the ICF, PMI, ACMP, Scaled Agile or Scrum Alliance. As part of coaching, he uses the knowledge gained from Erickson Coaching International, coaching training, hypnosis and hypnotherapy, Master NLP, DISC or Paul Ekman Group and others.

The Map is not the Territory

Online event

„the map is not the territory“ is a metaphor used to illustrate the difference between the actual world and our understanding of the world as we perceive it to be.

Without the work of Alfred Korzybsky, Gregory Bateson, Milton H. Erickson, Jean Baudrillard, Richard Bandler, John Grinder and Robert Dilts, we would not have effective tools for the work of therapists, mentors, coaches or consultants etc.. And probably the movie The Matrix would never be made :)

For me, it's been almost 7 years since I first saw practical use and since then I have been using both communication and team work on projects, coaching and hypnotherapy. With other clients, I realize how strong and important coaching techniques are, which are even more important for us today (disinformation, manipulation, critical thinking).

Content:
NLP, Map of the World, NLP Meta Model, Filters, Surface Structure, Deep Structure, The Language Patterns, Examples of Gathering Information, Clarifications, Identification of limits, Give choices. How it is used in coaching and in the fields of management, agility or communication and others.

participant level: prerequisite experience in coaching and ideally knowledge of NLP. Otherwise you may be bored.
