Prairie Fire Meetup

The KAW Valley Rodeo is always fun to watch. General Admission tickets are $15 at the gate ($13 online). Rodeo is 8:00-10:00 but we can go to the fair ahead of time. Meet at my place around 6:00 and walk 20 minutes or we can try to park closer. It's likely to be hot and humid.

We will taste some wines and foods that go with them. Each attendee brings one bottle of wine and a food which might go well with it. You are welcome to bring your favorite or try something new. Try a wine and cheese, or a main dish item with a more complex wine, or a dessert and sweet wine, or let dark chocolate bring out the flavor of a red wine. Don't be scared if you don't know much about wine, this will be a fun way to try a few and learn a little about what you like (and what you don't)! Notepads will be available to note any special favorites.

Please note that attendance is limited to 12 so once we reach 12, an rsvp may prevent others from joining us. Only rsvp if you're serious and update if a conflict arises

Let's bring folding chairs or sit in the grass to the east of the wooden benches (the side with the flag).
