What we’re about
Is it possible to be free from most essential needs, like food and water consuming and elimination? How much money and time do we spend on buying and cooking our food? Is it possible to reduce our sleep time and dedicate more of our precious life time for our passion like music, physical body improvement and other growth activities? Is it possible to feel less cold or hot in challenging climates without extra heating or cooling? How about getting younger, more energetic and healing ourselves and others?
The answer is YES! Welcome to Breatharianism or Life on Prana!! This is a movement that is expanding exponentially all over the word.
One of the first books about such phenomenon was written by:
- Hilton Hotema - "Man's Higher Consciousness".
Later on,
- Jasmuheen took a marathon.
Other books:
- LIFE STYLE WITHOUT FOOD by Joachim M Werdin
There are thousands of practitioners of this amazing lifestyle. Some of the people were documented in the movie - "IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS LIGHT".
Breatharianism became popular in South America, Europe, Russia, Asia and Middle East. It has also been known for thousands of years and practiced by Asian monks. The times have changed and it became available for all of us. People all over the world change their eating habits moving towards lighter and more environmental choices - Vegan, Raw Food, Mono-Raw Food, Fruitarian, Liquidarian, you name it.
Prana-eating lifestyle is not easy. It requires great mindfulness and being able to loose attachments to food consumption which is the strongest addiction in our lives - it is both a physical and spiritual experience.
In this meetup we will educate and encourage each other about Life on Prana. A good start towards this lifestyle is to lighten eating habits:
- reduction of food consumption and eat only when hungry, not for emotional value, seek satisfaction elsewhere (hobby, work, yoga, people, and love in general are some ideas)
- eat only raw and vegan diet for cleansing purposes, slowly moving towards liquidarían diet. Eventually, liquids like juices should replace most of the hard foods. This will be the last transition to prana-eating.
- self observance about cravings and when we accidentally put something into our mouth without even realizing it
- practice clean days (fasting) at least once a week for 36 hours or longer, extending these days over time
- repeat mantra or affirmation - "I am divine energy and light. My cells made of atoms, and electrons, and present micro-universe as planets that rotate around the stars present macro-universes. My best food source is cosmic energy because it's intuitive, initial and the most essential to my cells." You can reword it to fit your personality, read the books mentioned above for education.
- when practicing clean days, go outside and walk in the nature a lot, this is one of the way to feed your Pranic body through the movement. Pranic body is the next body after physical, that includes chakras and meridians. If you do it without thinking that you are fasting, but thinking that you are eating cosmic energy, you will not feel hunger.
- practice cleansing days (anything like juicing, special herbs and other procedures for cleansing internal organs, lymphatic system and blood or instead do running), since the less your body is polluted, the less you are hungry and the more you are in tune and energetic.
This is not only about any kind of fasting (intermittent or dry), because fasting comes from depriving ourselves. This is also about abundance, because we are cosmic beings full of divine energy. Breatharianism is not the ultimate goal but a tool to be strong, healthy, younger, smart, and creative. It is avoiding our deterioration from imposing foreign substances on our holy bodies. Welcome to the true freedom and the most efficient way to spiritual growth!
