Basic Pranic Healing (Level 1) teaches everything you need to heal yourself & others, both in person & remotely. This class will also prepare you to continue with Advanced Pranic Healing (Level 2) if you want to take your Energy studies further.

In this 2 day class, you will learn how to:

The Farm sits on over 70 acres of forest, fields and farmland. You may find fish in the pond, different species of birds flying overhead, or even spot foxes or deer dashing among the trees. If you are sensitive to Energy, or feel an affinity towards Native Americans, you may notice the presence of benevolent spirits of the Earth.

Pranic Healing is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine that utilizes prana to balance, harmonize, and transform the body's energy processes. It is a powerful way to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually!

Your experience begins with a series of gentle, rhythmic movements designed to wake up the body and clear the pathways of your energy system. As you move, you'll feel the circulation increase and the "energy" begin to flow, shaking off the heaviness of the day and preparing your system to become a clear vessel for healing.
Once your body is vibrant and awake, we move into a state of deep, collective stillness through the 21-minute Meditation on Twin Hearts. This is one of the most powerful spiritual tools for peace and illumination, specifically designed to activate the Heart and Crown chakras. By focusing on these two "hearts"—the centers of human and divine love—we bless the entire Earth with loving-kindness. This practice acts like a "spiritual shower," flushing out stress and negative emotions while flushing your system with brilliant, healing light.

The heart of our time together happens in the quiet space of a private Zoom breakout room. Here, you will receive a personalized Pranic Healing session focused entirely on your needs. Whether you are seeking relief from a physical ailment or simply a deep energetic reset for your general wellness, your healer will work to cleanse and revitalize your aura. You will emerge from these 15 to 20 minutes feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply replenished.

Pranic Healing is medical AND mystical - on Tuesday nights, we explore the mystical side.

We start with some light physical exercises to prepare our bodies, then do a 30 minute guided Meditation on Twin Hearts with Chakral Healing. This is a powerful meditation that brings Divine energy into each major chakra for deep emotional healing, cleansing and release. It's a profound experience that is unique for each person. You may receive messages, guidance, inspiration or even relief of a pain or problem. Or you may feel so relaxed that you simply get a great rest!

The second half of this event is a Group Healing, during which the Pranic Crystal Healers send healing to the group. This is an energetic experience set to music, as each week we play a different song, hymn, mantra or chant during the Group Healing. The energy of the sound combines with the energy of the healers and .... magic!
