Pranic Healing is medical AND mystical - on Tuesday nights, we explore the mystical side.

We start with some light physical exercises to prepare, then do a 30 minute guided Meditation on Twin Hearts with Chakral Healing. There are several MTH versions, and this one brings Divine energy into each major chakra for deep emotional healing, cleansing and release. It's a profound experience that is unique for each person.

The second half of this event is a Group Healing, during which the Pranic Crystal Healers send healing to the group. This is an energetic experience set to music, as each week we play a different song, hymn, mantra or chant during the Group Healing. The energy of the sound adds to the energy of the healers and .... magic!

Meditation on Twin Hearts is a powerful and transformative practice that can produce profound effects on the mind, body, and spirit.

At its core, Meditation on Twin Hearts focuses on invoking blessings of peace, love, and harmony for oneself and the world. The meditation begins with relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body, allowing practitioners to enter a state of deep inner stillness. This initial phase sets the stage for the main aspect of the practice: the activation of the heart and crown chakras.

The term "Twin Hearts" refers to the heart and crown chakras, which are energetically linked to the qualities of love and divine consciousness. During the meditation, we will visualize brilliant light pouring into our hearts, filling them with love, compassion, and kindness. This Divine energy is then circulated throughout the body, cleansing and energizing every cell and organ. We will then activate our crown chakras, connecting us to higher spiritual realms. This connection facilitates the reception of Divine blessings, wisdom, and guidance.

One of the unique aspects of Meditation on Twin Hearts is its emphasis on blessing the world with loving-kindness and healing energy. After energizing our own hearts and crown chakras, we will extend this energy outwards, visualizing it enveloping their loved ones, communities, and eventually the entire planet. This amplifies our own positive energy, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and purpose.

The benefits of this meditation are many. Physically, Meditation on Twin Hearts promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances overall health and vitality. The deep state of relaxation induced during the meditation triggers the body's natural healing mechanisms, boosting the immune system and promoting restorative sleep.

Mentally and emotionally, it cultivates a sense of inner peace, clarity, and emotional resilience. By releasing negative emotions and energetic blockages, we experience greater mental clarity and emotional stability, allowing us to navigate life's challenges with grace.

Learn Basic Pranic Healing at the vibrant Awaken Center!
Pranic Healing helps the body & mind heal faster and easier from virtually any condition. It is easy to learn and anyone can do it.

Basic Pranic Healing (Level 1) teaches everything you need to heal yourself & others, both in person & remotely. This class will also prepare you to continue with Advanced Pranic Healing (Level 2) if you want to take your Energy studies further.

In this 2 day class, you will learn how to:

* help the body heal faster & easier from simple illnesses;
* reduce pain;
* decrease stress;
* replace stagnant energies with fresh, revitalizing energies;
* scan conditions of the aura and chakras;
* self heal and heal others;
* heal from a distance;
* disconnect from draining people & negative situations;
* keep yourself, your home & office energetically clean;
* see & feel Pranic Energy in nature.

Your classroom will be the beautiful Awaken Center, a new spiritual community center with an old soul. Awaken is a big, welcoming space with a great vibe. It also has a large retail store that sells unique crystals, books, healing products and more.

Alison Sahoo began Pranic Healing in 2013 and is Executive Director of Pranic Healing Bucks County, a 501c3 organization that hosts IRL and online meditation & healing events. Alison has completed all three levels of Pranic Healing certification, including the rigorous Pranic Psychotherapy Certification (CPPT) and is licensed to teach MCKS Basic Pranic Healing. She holds a BS in Physics from McGill University and an MBA from Rutgers.
