In this busy and chaotic world, our experiences of happiness are fleeting and short-lived, while inner peace eludes us completely. Our disturbed states of mind, such as anger, create endless problems for ourselves and others and prevent us from having a happy life.
In these public meditation classes, Kelsang Kalden will share Buddha’s wisdom on understanding anger - guiding us to an oasis of peace within our hearts.
Classes include teaching, guided meditation, and time for Q&A.
