The Present Pace Walk #003: Well-Being, Your Way
Details
In honor of National Wellness Month, we’re wrapping up our August walk series by celebrating the idea that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Your healthiest life doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. The Present Pace is about discovering what helps you feel grounded, energized, and present - at your own pace.
As we walk together we’ll reflect on one simple question:
“What’s one wellness practice you want to carry with you beyond National Wellness Month?”
Whether this is your first walk or you’ve been with us since Walk #001, thank you for choosing to spend part of your Saturday with our community. We can’t wait to walk, connect, and continue building a space where everyone belongs.
These walks are not about speed, distance, or fitness level. They're about showing up for yourself, one step at a time.
Parking: you can park in the Target Parking lot as the entrance to the trail is right next to the Target - to the left of the building
