The Present Pace Walk #004: Making Space
Details
In honor of Self-Care Awareness Month, we’re continuing of journey by exploring what it means to create space for things that truly matter.
Self-care isn’t always about adding more to our lives. Sometimes it’s about letting go. Making space for rest, joy, meaningful relationships, and our own well-being often begins with setting healthy boundaries and choosing what deserves our time and energy.
As we walk together, we’ll reflect on one simple question:
“What have you been saying ‘yes’ to that deserves a ‘no’?”
Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for another walk, we’re so glad you’re here. Come enjoy the fresh air, meaningful conversation, and community as we continue walking toward well-being, one step at a time.
These walks are not about speed, distance, or fitness level. They're about showing up for yourself, one step at a time.
Parking: you can park in the Target Parking lot as the entrance to the trail is right next to the Target - to the left of the building
