The Present Pace Walk #005: Coming Home to Yourself
Details
In honor of Self-Care Awareness Month, we’re closing out September with a reminder that one of the greatest acts of self-care is reconnecting with who we are.
Life has a way of pulling us in many directions. This walk is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and make space for the parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked in the busyness of everyday life.
As we walk together, we’ll reflect on one simple question:
“What part of yourself would you like to reconnect with this season?”
Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for another walk, we’re so glad you’re here. Come enjoy the fresh air, meaningful conversation, and community as we continue walking toward well-being, one step at a time.
These walks are not about speed, distance, or fitness level. They're about showing up for yourself, one step at a time.
Parking: you can park in the Target Parking lot as the entrance to the trail is right next to the Target - to the left of the building
