This group is for women seeking authenticity, health, wellness, simplicity, and spirituality in everyday life. Together, we’ll explore what it means to live more consciously and more peacefully — through books, conversation, reflection, and shared growth.
We’ll begin by reading Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body by Kate Hudson, along with ongoing readings and reflections inspired by Japanese author Haruki Murakami.
I’m a health and wellness educator with strong credentials in both health sciences and holistic wellness, and I’m looking to connect with like-minded women who value personal growth, emotional honesty, nervous system healing, meaningful routines, movement, mindfulness, and creating a life that feels authentic from the inside out.
