The Solar System Trail – Easy - 6km or 12km return

Come for a trail that is truly out of this world! One of Melbourne’s best-kept secrets is a Solar System trail that runs from the Sun (St. Kilda) through to Pluto (Port Melbourne). Walking along a scale replica of our solar system, this is a fantastic intro walk for hikers or those new to Melbourne.

The walk is suitable for dogs (on lead please).

An easy one-way 6km (90 minutes) or a longer return 12 km (3 Hours) walk.

• CAR: St Kilda Foreshore has a variety of on-street and paid parking options.
• PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Catch the 96 Tram to St. Kilda Beach (then 10 mins walk to The Sun).
