This is always a great hike that takes us along a beautiful strip of coastline, to examine rock pools, swind swept coast and the frequent fauna encounter, such as wallabies and echidnas. This hike includes wonderful cliff-top walking tracks, offering sweeping views of the wild ocean and such diverse scenery.
From rugged coastline, rockpools, woodland gullies, tucked-away coves, to the lush green hills.
We will also be heading down to the rocky coastline and, in sections, follow the beaches and rocky outcrops.
After exploring the coastline, we will stop for a short break at Shelly Beach and then take the more inland track back to the start.
You should have a moderate level of fitness, with capabily to walk over 10km at a steady pace without a lengthy break.
There will be 15 minutes to grab a coffee at the mid-point, as we will promptly reverse course back to the start.
