THE EVENT:
Come join us on a 15.4km hike in the Dandenong Ranges. This trail is considered Hard with a total elevation gain of 627 metres and is estimated to take around 5 hours to complete.
RISK WARNING: Risk Warning
This is a great trail that circumnavigates Mount Dandenong with some challenging climbs particularly toward the end. There are fabulous views with lovely forest canopies shading the trails, with the mechanics track from Olinda Falls being a favourite section for many visitors.
As you come through the arboretum and join Kyeema Track we'll stop at Burkes Lookout for one of the best views of Melbourne. Lyrebirds, parrots and kookaburras will greet you too along this trail.
