Join us for a great long weekend on the beautiful Wilson Prom! One of the best hiking experiences in Australia.

Having done this trip previously, I can confirm it's a brilliant experience in one of Victoria’s most stunning coastal landscapes, featuring world-class beaches and pristine bushland. See some of my pictures from my last trip below but this national park is just beautiful and such a fun way to see this part of Victoria.

Trip Overview: This is a unique opportunity to experience Wilsons Promontory National Park while staying two nights in the historic lighthouse cottages.

• Cost: $350 per person (covers Lightstation accommodation)
• Grade: Moderate to Hard (Good fitness required; But we will set an easy pace)
• Pack Weight: Full pack carrying required (food, drinks, sleeping bag, pillow cover, towel, and toiletries). Drinking water is available at the Lightstation. (no tents, no cooking equipment required) and if you do not have a larger pack, just let us know and between us we can help you with any equipment you may need.

Itinerary:

• Day 1: Meet at Tidal River, then hike 25km through the park to the Lightstation.
• Day 2: Rest day around the Lightstation OR join an optional 23km return hike to South Point (the southernmost point of mainland Australia).
• Day 3: Hike 25km back out to Tidal River.

Accommodation: We will stay in bunk-style accommodation spread across 4 bedrooms (4 people per room in single bunks with mattresses and pillows provided). You will need to bring your own sleeping bag, pillowcase, and towel. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery), dining area, lounge, and good bathrooms and real toilets !

Meals: Self-catered—you must carry your own food in. We will coordinate shared meals closer to the date to minimise pack weight.

Payment & Booking: To secure your spot once the trip is confirmed, full prepayment for the accommodation is required within 30 days. Payment details will be sent after you confirm your attendance.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please let me know as early as possible so someone on the waitlist can take your place. A 100% refund will be provided if a replacement attendee is found.

Transport: We will arrange carpooling closer to the date. If you need a ride, just let us know and we'll help connect you with a driver.
