Are you tired of feeling stiff and sore? Do you want to increase your mobility and improve your physical and mental health through strength, flexibility, and focus?

Then join our group for primal movement exercises like squatting, hanging, crawling, and barefoot walking. No two workshops will ever be the same.

Our sedentary lifestyles can cause harm to our bodies, but this group is a chance to reverse that damage. We'll meet weekly in Lisbon's parks (Jardim Da Estrela, Parque Eduardo VII, and Keil do Amaral Amphitheater in Monsanto) for themed workshops and classes. Event descriptions will be provided in advance.

Everyone is welcome to participate at their own ability level, as long as you're willing to learn, grow, and push yourself out of your comfort zone.
