What we’re about

Pristine Mind meditation is a simple and powerful style of meditation that helps people live life more fully and find unconditional happiness.
Founded by Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche, our warm and welcoming organization, Pristine Mind Foundation, has a vibrant community in the Bay Area. We encourage people of all levels of meditation experience – from beginners to advanced – to join us. You will benefit from becoming more mindful and creating new connections with like-minded people.
Rinpoche teaches programs to help start or strengthen your meditation practice, including:
· Regularly held meditation programs in San Rafael.
· Weekend long programs and retreats in the Bay Area and throughout the world.
· Online workshops and live streaming events.
A highly-trained meditation master, Rinpoche is also the author of Our Pristine Mind: A Practical Guide to Unconditional Happiness (2016). This book has helped thousands of people attain peace and inner happiness and is a great way to learn about Pristine Mind meditation more deeply.
