• Simone Joyce, CEO & co-founder of Paypa Plane: Chairperson of Fintech Australia and sits on multiple advisory groups for Australian payments regulatory bodies and payment associations and is frequently called to comment on policy and regulatory developments. Founded in 2018, today Paypa Plane counts Australia’s largest banks and global brands like Mastercard amongst its shareholders. Paypa Plane has been instrumental in driving their banking clients’ adoption and commercialisation of Australia’s real-time request-to-pay. Positioned to do the same for clients in the US, Fintech Award (2020) and the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Global Entrepreneur Grant (2019).
