Julian Lambert: Julian is the Director of Customer and heads up the national Leadership Search business for Potentia. For almost 20 years he has focused on building relationships with current and future technology leaders to support the growth of their businesses and/or careers, particularly in the Product Development and Tech Export sector. Julian has partnered with Product Tank and various Product industry bodies in support of the growth of the Product profession for much of their existence.

Muy Lov: Muy is an Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant; recruiting for the product development sector. She takes care of both employers and job seekers. Her coal-face insights into the way decisions are made in recruitment shows what most appeals to those hiring and being hired for enterprises, fast-growth tech exporters and start-ups alike.
