Why Build Internal Products by Senior PM at Checkout.com
***RSVP on EventBrite: https://prdct.school/2LtOKYg *** This session will cover the complexities of working with products across the physical and software arena. We'll be covering how ideas and concepts become reality, how a PM works cross-functionally with multiple teams to keep a project flowing and how a PM continues to iterate and improve upon products after they've made it to consumers' hands. Main takeaways: - Internal products are as important as external ones, they make your organisation more efficient, they add value, they help you retain your talents, they make your company more attractive - Internal products can be built in any organisation, you don't need to be a product oriented company to have an internal product function - The principles to manage and build internal products are the same as the ones for external products, but the devil is in the details... Meet the Speaker: Audrey Libert Audrey Libert heads the internal product team at Checkout.com, a leading international provider of online payment solutions.
