*** AGENDA ***
18:00 - grab a drink and take a seat

18:10 - 18:40
Speaker: Olena Shybaieva, Product Manager at Ocado Technology,
Topic: “The human skills they don’t teach in PM courses - what I wish I knew years ago”

Abstract:
Behind every Product Manager’s title is a story of transition and growth. In this session, I’ll share mine - the challenges, the turning points, and the lessons that shaped my path.

You’ll learn why your previous experience matters more than you think, how to communicate when things get messy, and how to make decisions that just make sense.

18:40 - 19:10
Speaker: Michał Krajewski, Product Manager at [GOG.com](https://gog.com/) (CD PROJEKT Group)
Topic: AI-powered product work: 5 use cases that save me 8 hours weekly (real examples)

Abstract:
AI is definitely overhyped. But it can still be an incredibly useful tool in your day-to-day work when used the right way. It can save you hours, boost the quality of your outcomes, and help you move faster with confidence.

In this presentation, I’ll show you how I and other top PMs use these tools:

  • Claude for A/B tests – one day of analysis → 30 minutes. Solid stats and visuals that helped uncover insights and impressed the team
  • Lovable prototype – a 1-hour build that saved 3 weeks of dev time and convinced stakeholders
  • Deep Research for pricing – comprehensive benchmarks that validated our feature’s market performance
  • Google NotebookLM – 8,000+ survey results analyzed in minutes to find the most pressing problems
  • Bonus: Claude Code – how I actually use it as a PM

This is a practical, hands-on session with real use cases you can start applying immediately to deliver more impact - in less time.

19:10 - 19:20
SHORT BREAK

19:20 - 19:50
Speaker: Łukasz Filut, CEO of Plucky Rebels, Product Coach and mentor.
Topic: Between mindset and tools - a process for real experimentation

Abstract:
Experimentation doesn’t fail because of bad ideas - it fails when we jump straight from mindset to tools with no structure in between.
In this talk, I’ll show how to bridge that gap with a simple, structured process and well-defined experiments.

We’ll explore how exploration and validation play different roles in product work: one helps you understand the problem, the other proves whether your solution really delivers value.

Using real examples from startups and larger organizations, you’ll see how clear hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and just enough evidence can turn experimentation from a buzzword into a practical, everyday way of working.

Because once experimentation becomes systematic - when mindset, process, and tools connect - learning stops being accidental. It becomes how you build products.
