Meet the Panel:
Emmy Southworth - I am a designer, working on web and mobile apps for Ghostery. Previously, I've worked as a UX Director for an enterprise software company, a design manager for an in-house design agency, an interaction designer in a religious organization, and freelance designer.
Vicky Thomas - Vicky is the Head of Product Strategy at Lucid Software, makers of top-ranked productivity apps Lucidchart and Lucidpress. Prior to joining Lucid, Vicky was a Product Manager at Adobe, where she was responsible for simplifying the Marketing Cloud implementation process. She is passionate about bringing new ideas to life with teams of exceptional people.
Josh Penrod - I love carving out a space for great design to be done and building a culture focused on making great things. I invented that leaf you see on Ancestry.com commercials and was one of the three or so people that came up with and designed that entire family tree and hint system that really makes Ancestry.com what it is.
John Bates - John is the Group Product Manager for Data Science & Machine Learning for the Adobe® Marketing Cloud. His core responsibility is to develop the software product roadmap for all data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence and attribution capabilities found within Adobe Analytics. Before joining Adobe Product Management, Bates founded and managed the Predictive Analytics Consulting practice for Adobe Consulting - consulting with some of the world’s largest companies and brands using data mining and predictive modeling techniques in order to drive greater digital marketing success. Bates has a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University and a M.S. in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
