Title:
Keys to Remote Collaboration Happiness: How to Build a Remote Career, How to Build a Remote Product Team
Description:
The future of work is remote. Anyone who says otherwise is in denial. And I’m not just talking about digital nomadry. One day the most we’ll have to worry about in our daily commute is the danger of stepping on a rogue Lego brick in the hallway from our bedroom to the office. And just like a lot changes we’ve seen in product over the past decade, many business owners will move toward fully remote teams with extreme reluctance.
In this talk I wish to convince those of you who are opposed to the idea that, while it is unavoidable and inevitable, that there are some really great things that can happen for you by embracing it. Next, I’d like to talk to you about how to make it work for your product teams. And finally, I want to give some tips for those who’d like to carve out a successful remote product career for themselves.
