Amy Worthington is a Sr. Director of Product Management at BambooHR where she currently manages the teams working on the Payroll, Benefits Administration and Time products. 

She joined BambooHR 8 years ago because of the principled leadership, empowering culture, and the prospect of helping build a new Payroll Product from the ground up. During her time at Bamboo she's helped build a Payroll business from the ground up, and has helped continue the growth of our Ben Admin and Time offerings. She's on a quest to continue to prove that if — as a business and a leader — you focus on your people, your people will take care of your customers, and your customers will take care of the business.

With a career spanning over a decade in Product Management, Amy's journey has been fueled by a passion for solving meaningful problems and serving others. Her path has taken her from an ad agency, to managing large-scale volunteer events for United Way of Salt Lake, and through impactful Product roles at Lendio and now BambooHR. Beyond professional pursuits, Amy is active and passionate in the community. She has spent time with Make-A-Wish Utah, Mothers Without Borders, The Cereal Project, and is currently a volunteer instructor for BYU Pathway, in addition to serving as a race ambassador for the Goldilocks Womens Cycling Event. Whether at work or after-hours, people are her purpose.
