When joining an organisation or team to help build product practices, you'll notice several areas where you can make a difference. Leading with the right principles and practices in key areas can help create a noticeable impact in a timely manner.

In this talk, Ramanan will share his experiences in building product practices from the ground up, both at a small business and within an internal team at Xero. He'll discuss the challenges faced and the principles and practices that guided activities to improve overall outcomes.

This is a hybrid event. For those attending in person, you can join us from 5:30pm for food, drinks and networking. The talk will run from 6pm to 7pm, with networking afterwards. A massive thank you to the team at Pendo for sponsoring the food and drinks for this event.

This event is being hosted by Serko in the Saatchi Building at 125 The Strand, Parnell. A big thanks to Serko for hosting this event.

The Saatchi Building is near a bus stop for the 755 and there is paid parking available on St Georges Bay Road (as well as neighbouring streets).

We’ll be live streaming the event on Teams so if you can’t make it in person you can still hear the story! Note that the livestream will start just before 6pm. Click here for the link to the Teams livestream.
