Pricing decisions can make or break a product — yet for many product managers, it's a conversation they're not always invited to, and feel underprepared for when they are. This event is designed to change that. We're sitting down with two experienced practitioners to explore when and how PMs should be showing up in pricing conversations, what skills and knowledge they need to build to earn a seat at the table, and where to even begin when you have a great product but no idea what to charge for it.

We'll also get into the practical stuff: the difference between pricing and commercialisation and why it matters, the most common mistakes product teams make, and how to spot the signals that tell you your pricing needs a rethink. We'll close with a mental model you can take back to your team straight away. Whether you've never touched a pricing decision or you're just looking to sharpen your thinking, this is a candid, beginner-friendly session with plenty of time for your questions.
