Brought to you by ProductTank Denver x Let’s Vibe @ ID345
**Note: if you'd like to demo, please contact Cody McDonald**

We all know it: Product Management is changing.

More PMs are designing their own AI leverage. They’re automating parts of their workflow. They’re experimenting with AI copilots. They’re building systems that make them faster and sharper.

At this special joint event with Let’s Vibe, we’re stepping into the builder side of Product.

Hosted at ID345 — a converted warehouse turned coding/hacking lab — this session is for PMs, designers, engineers, and AI builders who believe the future of Product includes agentic workflows and hands-on experimentation.

What We’ll Cover:

Phase 1: Why PMs Need AI Leverage
We’ll kick things off with a practical discussion:

  • What AI agents actually are (beyond the buzzwords)
  • How agents function as workflow orchestration layers
  • Where PM roles are evolving in an AI-native world
  • How to think about AI as leverage — not hype

Phase 2: OpenClaw Setup & Architecture
We’ll walk through how to set up OpenClaw — an open-source agent framework that can control browsers, automate workflows, and act on your behalf.
We’ll cover:

  • Different setup options
  • Research workflows vs. authenticated workflows
  • Security implications and risk mitigation
  • Human-in-the-loop patterns
  • Real-world tradeoffs and architectural considerations
  • How to get the most out of your new agent

This will be primarily demo-style, but feel free to bring a laptop if you want to follow along.

Phase 3: Live Demos — What We’ve Built
Then we shift into fast-paced community demos.
Use cases will fall into two camps:
AI-Powered Professional Agents

  • OpenClaw agents that augment professionals with general AI-powered efficiencies (think email triage, calendar copilots, automated research and news briefings, meeting synthesis workflows)

Product-Specific Agents

  • OpenClaw agents that augment Product professionals (think market research automation, discovery synthesis, PRD/document drafting, competitive intelligence workflows, keeping product docs current, etc.)

** If you’ve built something cool with OpenClaw, reach out — we’d love to feature you. **

Who This Event Is For

  • Product Managers who want to stay ahead of AI
  • Designers experimenting with automation
  • Engineers curious about product workflows
  • Builders and tinkerers working with AI agents
  • Anyone who believes PMs should be hands-on enough to design their own AI leverage — testing ideas, automating workflows, and augmenting their work firsthand

This is not an intro-to-ChatGPT session.
This is for people ready to experiment.
(No dev experience needed, but we will be leading you into more technical concepts.)

AI is becoming part of the PM toolkit.
Join us as we explore how to wire it into real workflows.
