Mirela is the Founder and CPO of Product People, the premier destination for Product Management services in Europe. Mirela and her team supported eBay, DeepL, the World Health Organization aside from many VC and PE-backed ventures. Her background is in Computer Science plus an MBA. She's been doing product management for 12+ years, half of which were in a leadership role (50+ people). Based in between Berlin and Zurich, Mirela spends her downtime hiking, painting, and reading Sci-fi like The Culture series.

🔹 Talk 2: The Feature Graveyard: Why Your Old PM Skills Won't Ship in AI Era Becky Byrne & Adriana Ignat
Becky is an experienced Product Management leader with over 18 years in driving digital transformation and product innovation across global technology organisations. As Head of Product at Retail inMotion, she leads product strategy and delivery for digital retail and inflight commerce, focusing on aligning business vision with customer and operational excellence. Previously, Becky held senior product leadership roles at Phorest Salon Software and Zalando, where she built and scaled high-performing product teams and launched impactful, customer-focused products. With a career spanning enterprise and startup environments, Becky brings a deep understanding of how product management must evolve in the AI era to stay relevant, strategic, and outcome-driven.

Adriana is a seasoned Product Management leader, bringing over 14 years of experience from Google, where she played a key role in the growth of the ad tech space and managed a product portfolio exceeding $300M. Transitioning to the start-up ecosystem, Adriana served as the VP of Product Management and Design and the Irish HQ Lead for an American fintech company. Later on she founded VEKT AI, her own AI start-up providing organizations with tools and processes to navigate AI readiness and transformation with simplicity, reassurance and ease. Today Adriana is the COO at Pulsate, in charge of operationalizing the company's growth mission to bring retail banks closer to an AI powered consumption model
through robust marketing tools and intelligent segmentation opportunities.
