Beyond Autopilot: Intentional Product Leadership in the AI Era
AI tools are transforming how product teams work, creating unprecedented opportunities for efficiency and insight. But as these tools become more powerful and pervasive, product leaders face a critical question: how do we harness AI's capabilities without losing the human elements that make product management truly effective?
This session explores the importance of intentional leadership in an AI-augmented world. Rather than letting AI adoption happen by chance, successful product leaders must actively shape how their teams integrate these tools—balancing individual enhancement with collaborative effectiveness, and preserving essential human qualities while embracing technological advancement.
This talk won't offer definitive answers or propose a single "right" approach to AI integration. Instead, it will present a range of perspectives and ideas for you to consider, adapt to your own context, and discuss with fellow attendees during the meetup.About Arne Kittler

Product Management: Working with humans
We like to think people are rational, in reality, we’re messy, emotional, distracted, biased and often driven more by fear than logic. As AI speeds up how we write, plan and execute, it still can’t build trust, resolve tension, or align teams. This is a talk is about the humans skills that matters, how we get to common ground, what real collaboration looks like and why all of this matters more than ever.
