ProductTank provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Lisbon to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited. Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two. We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground. AI tools are making it faster and cheaper to turn product ideas into working software. For product teams, the hard part is still product judgment: choosing the right problem, shaping the right brief, preserving user context, and making sure the prototype reflects real product intent.
In this hands-on ProductTank session, Jorge Alcántara, the CEO and Co-Founder of Zentrik, will show PMs a practical workflow for moving from idea to brief to prototype to feedback. Participants will work individually or in small teams, use AI-assisted product-building tools, and leave with a working prototype or landing page they can keep iterating after the session.
