See all- Product Delight: How Emotional Products Win Markets and UsersADP Innovation Center, Pasadena, CA
Dr Nesrine Changuel will explore the power of emotional connection in product development and how it can be a game-changer for differentiation, engagement, and long-term success.
While many teams focus on usability and performance, the most beloved products go beyond functionality: they create moments of delight that foster deep user loyalty.
Drawing from her experience at Skype, Spotify, Google Meet, and Chrome, as well as insights from product leaders at Dyson, HBO, and Atlassian, she will introduce the Delight Model, a structured approach to designing emotionally resonant products.
We’ll cover:
• How to identify delight opportunities using functional and emotional motivators
• The three types of delight: low, surface, and deep
• How to categorize solutions with the Delight Grid
• How to measure emotional impact and integrate delight-driven design into product developmentAttendees will walk away with a fresh perspective on why emotional engagement is not just a “nice to have” but a strategic advantage that drives retention, differentiation, and business success. Featuring the Founders of PeakMetrics: Nick Loui & Bobby Lincoln
Join us for a deep dive into what it really means to build an AI-native company—especially when your product is designed to tackle challenges created by AI itself.
PeakMetrics sits at a rare and timely intersection. With an estimated 90% of online content projected to be synthetically generated by next year, their mission is urgent: help organizations cut through the noise, detect threats early, and stay ahead of a digital landscape shaped by bots, deepfakes, and misinformation.
In this session, co-founders Nick Loui and Bobby Lincoln will share:
- What it takes to build an AI-native company from the ground up
- How they designed a product that plays both offense and defense in an AI-driven world
- Lessons learned in aligning team structure, workflows, and product strategy around AI
- The cultural shifts needed when AI isn’t just a tool—but the foundation
Whether you’re experimenting with AI features or thinking about your next AI-first product, this talk will offer practical insights, cautionary tales, and a behind-the-scenes look at innovation in the age of AI.
