About us
ProductTank is a global network of meetups for product people, by product people, and provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Porto to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience, and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two. We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.

We’re kicking off ProductTank Porto 2026 with a session that goes back to the fundamentals of product work.
In this first event of the year, we welcome Dave Hora to explore Structural Coupling — a core dynamic that sits at the heart of successful (and unsuccessful) products.Product challenges often emerge when there’s a mismatch between what teams build internally and how people actually behave externally. In this talk, we’ll look at how products work best when these two sides are aligned — and what happens when they aren’t.
Using a simple biological metaphor, this session will offer a clear lens to reflect on:
