As an investor-backed company, adoption was just not enough even for our first AI agent - we had to prove willingness to pay. We had to learn how to build an AI product on the go. Now we’re building an agent factory supporting PMs across the whole platform.
- Monetize first. We've built a business case first and went after a selected JTBD, using a financial goal as the gating criterion.
- End-to-end PM ownership. PMs own the strategy, the business case, the build and the sale, with freedom and no feature factory. Then scale efforts through the GTM org.
- Hardest part: it isn’t deterministic. The agent gets 8 out of 10 right, then trips on conflicting guidance. Customers expect it to work out of the box.
- Next: from a system of record to a system of action. Every product functionality covered by multiple agents, streamlined to AI Inbox and AI coworker.

Momchil Blaskov is a Principal Product Manager at OfficeRnD, where he leads the AI Hub. He launched the company’s first AI sales agent and is now building an agent factory across the platform. His background spans product, analytics, consulting and people management, and he cares most about helping teams own problems end to end.
