User interviews are one of the most powerful tools product teams have - and also one of the most commonly misused.

Many interviews sound reasonable on the surface, but fail to produce insights that actually inform product decisions. This meetup, led by Nurit Gazit, together with Yarin L. (product design and product management mentor), Sharon Heller-Bar (Director of Product Design at Tipalti and UX research lecturer), and Aviram Marom (Senior Product Manager at [Riverside.fm](http://riverside.fm)), focuses on closing that gap.

We will go beyond theory and best-practice lists, and spend most of the time experiencing what good interview questions feel like in practice. We’ll break down why certain questions unlock real behavior and motivation while others quietly shut them down. You’ll see a live user interview, analyze it together, and actively practice crafting and asking better questions yourself.

The goal is simple: by the end of the session, participants should be able to recognize a strong interview question instantly - and know how to generate one under real-world constraints.
