We have a very special event to help celebrate World Product Day!
According to industry experts Jeff Gothelf & Josh Seiden, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) are a more sustainable path to agile and digital transformation. They lay the foundation for driving customer behavior changes to meet and exceed objectives, and they help to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in a measurable way. Linking OKRs to the desired outcomes of the work we put into our products and businesses is an important component of developing strong, successful OKRs.

Coming out of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Better articulate what OKRs are, beyond the buzzword - and how outcomes enhance their viability as an indicator of success
  • Understand how OKRs have been leveraged across multiple industries through real-world examples
  • Walk away with a framework and template for Outcomes-Driven OKRs that can be leveraged along with the knowledge gained from this session!
