Building Collaborative Teams & Products for the Future of Work - Online Event
Details
Welcome back ProductTankNYC!
Remote work has challenged us all to re-evaluate how we work together while staying productive and engaged. In this interactive online session, our three speakers will provide a product, design and customer success perspective on how their teams have approached building B2B products in the collaboration and employee engagement spaces while internally navigating new ways of working across distributed teams.
Agenda:
- Introductions
- Lightning talks from our three speakers: Audree, Christine & Lyndsey
- Interactive Q&A
- Closing
About our Speakers:
Audree Lapierre
Audree is the Director of UX and Design at GSoft, home to a family of software products that lay the groundwork for a better employee experience.
Audree will speak about the human aspect of the future of work. Software products are playing an increasingly important role in our work lives but not all products will capture the attention of workers. The distributed, digital nature of collaboration brings new creative constraints. Products need to evolve, and it’s not always about more features, it’s about shaping an experience.
Audree is currently working on Officevibe, a platform that offers a way to engage, recognize, and align HR leaders and their team. Prior to her current role, she co-founded one of the first companies to specialize in information design worldwide and was a key player in pioneering the discipline. She’s currently focused on bringing more human and memorable experiences to products.

Christine Watts
Christine Watts is the Head of Client Success at Ninety.io, a platform that helps companies align and thrive.
Christine will speak about building a culture of healthy accountability by cultivating high-trust teams where stakeholders are focused on how to work together as much as how to do the work. Technology can play a pivotal role in reinforcing these intentions by providing a central location for communications, planning and collaboration, regardless of where everyone works. An intentional culture and operating system, consists of rituals, artifacts, and language, to create an environment where everyone is teaching and learning. Christine will explore how we can use technology to reinforce cultures that make it easy to build teams that are productive, humane and resilient.
Christine has spent her career working at early stage companies, and has been helping companies align and thrive at Ninety since the product was first launched. She has worked in all aspects of the business, influencing product, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and of course client success.

Lyndsey Collins
Lyndsey Collins is the Principal Product Manager at Bubbles, a high-growth startup focused on asynchronous collaboration.
Lyndsey will speak about how you can leverage your own platform internally to identify unspoken opportunities.
Lyndsey started her career in traditional market research, but eventually grew frustrated with the industry's slow pace and inefficient technologies. Lyndsey transitioned into SaaS and uses her background in research as the core foundation of her product management style, uncovering opportunities with user interviews, behavioral data, and ethnographic observation. Lyndsey has a masters of Sociology from Lehigh University.
