Jay Mahabal (he/him) is a Senior Software Engineer and the UI Guild Lead at Lattice. He works on the Design Systems team where he's responsible for empowering product teams to build accessible and beautiful user experiences. He previously worked at an agency as a creative technologist for clients including Audi, IBM Watson, and Activision and as a frontend software engineer at Apple. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his partner and two cats.

Melissa Chenok (they/them), Product Leader, Lattice Melissa has 10 years of experience working at the intersection of Product Management, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Business Development to create and grow products and teams. Melissa has experience building & scaling teams and overseeing product, design, and engineering team members success in high-growth start-up environments. They joined Lattice a year ago after being an end user of the Lattice product suite and loving the product experience. Melissa currently lead the foundational product teams at Lattice, encompassing pods that span infrastructure, platform, and core experiences to support other internal product verticals and all Lattice end users.

Nicole McMullin (she/her) is a Group Product Manager at Lattice, a people management software platform. She began her career in finance specifically focused on asset and investment management, before pivoting into financial technology. She was one of the first sales hires at Square, a financial services company focused on merchant services and payment processing . Nicole has made a career of successful and well-timed pivots by advocating how her successful track record and differing experiences make for a rich candidate profile. Nicole was able to secure a role in Product Management by combining her analytical skills from her work in finance with her deep knowledge of the customer experience from her time in sales. Before her latest transition back into Product, Nicole led growth for Square’s payroll product where she built the team from the ground up. Nicole has a passion for helping others navigate their careers and champions the importance of self-advocacy, which is what she is currently focused on in her role leading Product for the employee and manager experience at Lattice. She received a B.A. In Economics and a minor in Communication from the University of California, Davis.

Bruce Keilin (he/him), Engineering Manager, LatticeBruce has decades of experience as an IC and manager in hardware and software engineering ranging from product engineering to professional services. Bruce is known as the “why?” person due to his incessant desire to make sure we’re working on things that matter. He joined Lattice in late 2021 to experience the joy of engineering management in a people-first organization and is responsible for the core platform experience team at Lattice.
