Michael Riordan, CPA
Michael is a seasoned CPA that works with two PATCA members. His background consists of:
In 1977 he graduated with a degree in accounting from Santa Clara University He passed the CPA exam in the beginning of his senior year After that, he was a 1978 MBA graduate from DePaul University, with an emphasis in taxation From 1979-1980 he was tax specialist with Ernst and Young-(one of the 4th largest CPA firms in the world) In 1981 he became self-employed providing accounting/ tax/ financial services to individuals, partnerships and corporations Since 1979 he has been an evening instructor of accounting and tax courses/ most recently DeAnza College for the last 25 years
Jonathan J. Sweet, Attorney at Law
Jonathan J. Sweet is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney (the highest rating possible for ethics and competence) practicing litigation and transactional law in San Jose, CA. Jonathan regularly represents small businesses with contract drafting, contract negotiation, and civil litigation. He has been a member of IEEE-CNSV since 2008. He serves as a mediator and arbitrator for those with disputes.
