Second Annual Mini-Conference: Portfolio Management, Critical Chain, and Kanban
Details
In the spring of 2016, PM World held its first mini-conference. This year's Mini is even better: more time, more topics, and more panelists. This 3-hour session includes networking, no-host dinner, story-telling by the panelists, and the moderated panel discussion.
The $20 fee is waived for Premium members, panelists, and event team members. Each registrant can bring three guests at no charge. Scroll to the bottom of this page for details.
For those managing multiple unrelated projects that draw from the same resource pool (i.e., portfolio management), Critical Chain Management developed by Eliyahu Goldratt and Kanban-style project management software are important tools. Examples of Kanban tools are Smartsheet, Trello, Taiga, Kanboard, Libreboard, Restyaboard, Taskworld, Taskboard, and others.
