Graduates share their Stories about 7 Steps to Project Success

Active participants in the 12-week session Summer 2025 session of Project Management World's course 7 STEPS TO PROJECT SUCCESS and the same class attended in person at the California Science and Technology University (CSTU) in 2024 will describe the methodology and the training and relate it to their experience as project managers. All PMW members are invited to attend this interactive and intriguing session.

Presenters

Mandakini Mantri is an experienced program and project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She has managed programs and projects for Walmart, Infosys, Zensar, and others.

Adekunle Babasola participated actively in the 7 Steps summer session. He is a founder of PrizeSkout, a price-aggregation platform. He will speak about applying the 7 Steps methodology to the creation of this platform.

Comments from graduates of both the summer session and the all-day session at CSTU will be displayed and discussed.

In the third part of the session, a description of an upcoming brief version from Nov 1-14 of the methodology focusing on the first three steps: purpose, deliverables, and methodology. Those who attend this session on Oct 16, will receive one/third off the tuition for the November course.
