The Civil Engineer overdesigned the sewer plan and wasn’t interested in negotiating with her or Unity Water. The builder, one of four tendered and the last one standing. Young, talented, but inexperienced in business. Four months over schedule… then into liquidation when Lynda sought Liquidated Damages. The house raise did not go to plan and provides more learnings to share.
