Often, the larger the development the more profitable it can be but the more cash you need get started.

Therefore to get into larger developments it's often useful to team up and co-invest.

In this meetup we will be talking about

how much cash you need for a development,

how to structure a co-investing deal and

finding investors.

You will be given sample trust deeds, development agreements and investment agreements so that you can find a site and investors and start developing.

We will also run you though a real life scenario that is currently open.
